Where Meta Business Suite stops

Facebook schedules Page posts for free through Meta Business Suite, and its help page states the window precisely: a post can publish between 20 minutes and 29 days away, in the timezone your account is set to. Twenty-nine days is the number most guides round up to a month, and the 20-minute lower bound is the one almost nobody mentions.

That is fine for a week of posts on one Page. It gets in the way when you plan a quarter ahead, run the same announcement on Instagram and Threads at the same time, or want a colleague to check a post before it goes out. Social Magnum removes the upper limit, keeps every network on one calendar, and adds the approval step.

How scheduling a Facebook post works here

Connect a Page once through Facebook's own login, and it appears next to your other accounts. From then on a post is written once and queued to any combination of networks.
