Terms of Service

By accessing or using Social Magnum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is provided by METAFLUX MEDIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Social Magnum is a social media management platform that helps you schedule, publish, and engage across 20+ social networks. Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, X, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dev.to, Tumblr, WordPress, Lemmy, Nostr, Listmonk, and Whop. Features include:

• Connecting and managing accounts via the official platform APIs. Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Google (YouTube), Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, X, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dev.to, Tumblr, WordPress (self-hosted via application passwords, or WordPress.com via OAuth), Lemmy, Nostr (signed events over open relays), Listmonk (your own newsletter server), Whop (community forum posts via an API key you create), and LinkedIn (Company Pages via OAuth)
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing posts, reels, stories, and carousels
• Viewing analytics and engagement insights for accounts you own
• Reading and replying to comments and direct messages on your own accounts
• Workspaces and team collaboration
• UGC Studio: brand-based ideas, ready-made AI creator clips, Hook & Demo, Wall of Text and Slideshow exports
• Ecommerce seller tools: connect supported shops, create, revise and publish supported listings, and view orders and shop summaries. The Listings editor shows which fields are supported for each platform. Other listing settings, fulfillment, cancellations, buyer checkout and refunds are handled on the marketplace.

• You may create an account by signing up directly or through Google or Facebook sign-in.
• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must have the appropriate admin or editor rights on any account you connect, and the authority to manage it.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Plans. Social Magnum offers a free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or annually. The free plan includes up to 15 posts per calendar month, counting published and scheduled posts together across all connected accounts. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
• Trials. A trial gives you higher limits for a limited period. AI credits are not part of trials; credit-based AI image generation and AI photo editing require paid plans. UGC Studio has separate allowances, shown in the App and our FAQs. When the trial ends, your workspace moves to the free plan unless you upgrade. We do not automatically charge you at the end of a trial.
• Payments. Paid subscriptions can be paid by card, bank payment, or cryptocurrency, processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
• Refunds. Every payment carries a full 14-day money-back guarantee, with no conditions and no exceptions — first purchases, renewals, upgrades and add-ons alike, however you paid. The full details live in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
• Changes. We may modify pricing or plan features; changes take effect at your next billing cycle and we will provide advance notice for active subscribers.

Ecommerce availability depends on platform permissions and approval. Platforms marked Coming soon are planned; buying a subscription does not promise their delivery or a release date. eBay live connections support eligible seller accounts. Sellers remain responsible for completing eBay registration, configuring business policies, meeting category requirements and paying applicable listing and selling fees. Sandbox connections use test data only. Creating one listing across multiple commerce platforms is not currently available.

By connecting a social account. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, X, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dev.to, Tumblr, WordPress, Lemmy, Nostr, Listmonk, Whop, or LinkedIn. You acknowledge that:

• The App accesses your accounts using only the permissions you explicitly grant during authorization.
• Content you publish is subject to the platform's own terms and community standards, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dev.to, Tumblr, WordPress.com, your Lemmy instance and its communities, the policies of the relays that carry your Nostr notes, the email and anti-spam laws that apply to campaigns you send through your own Listmonk server, the terms of the Whop communities you post into, LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies, and the rules of your Bluesky or Mastodon instance.
• We are not responsible for content a platform removes, restricts, or penalizes under its policies.
• The platforms may change, limit, or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the App's functionality.

You agree not to:

• Post spam, misleading, deceptive, or platform-violating content
• Access accounts, data, or features you are not authorized to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Share access tokens or credentials obtained through the App

You retain the rights you hold in your original uploads and content. You authorize us and the providers needed to operate the service to host, process, reproduce, adapt and transmit that content to generate, render, save and publish the results you request. This permission is limited to providing the service, with retention described in our Privacy Policy. It does not transfer your ownership to us.

You must have rights to submitted photos, product designs, website material, music, trademarks and any depicted person's likeness or voice. An import button or generated result does not establish those rights. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique or ineligible for copyright protection; we do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright ownership or that a result is free of third-party claims.

UGC Studio, AI creators and advertising

• Ready-made AI creators and clips are synthetic media, not real customers giving testimonials. Do not present an AI character as a real purchaser, fabricate personal experience or endorsements, impersonate someone without consent, or make unsupported product claims.
• Library clips, templates and music remain subject to their applicable rights and any asset-specific restrictions. You may incorporate assets supplied for that purpose into Studio exports, including promotional content, subject to those restrictions. This does not grant ownership of the source assets, permission to resell them as a standalone library, or a guarantee of clearance for every advertising placement.
• Apply required AI-content labels and advertising, sponsorship or affiliate disclosures for the destination. Check TikTok's AI-content guidance and the corresponding rules for Meta, YouTube and each other platform. Do not remove required provenance or disclosure markings to mislead viewers.
• Creating or downloading an export does not automatically publish a social post or launch an ad campaign. Review the export, selected account and destination settings before publishing. Keep a downloaded copy; UGC video and library retention is limited as described in our retention policy.

Ecommerce seller services

Connect only shops you own or are authorized to manage. Review the shop, product information, files, price, currency, shipping, returns and renewal setting before submission. Saving a Social Magnum draft, creating an Etsy draft and publishing an active Etsy listing are separate actions. If a result is uncertain, check Etsy and the submission status before retrying.

Shopify has a separate product editor. Saving a product as a Shopify draft, making a product active and publishing it to a selected sales channel have different effects; an active product is not necessarily visible on your storefront. Shopify remains the authoritative source for channel availability, inventory, markets and checkout. Creating a digital product in Social Magnum does not provide digital-file delivery.

You are the seller of your products and remain responsible for their legality, intellectual-property rights, safety, taxes, delivery and customer service. Follow Etsy's Seller Policy and Creativity Standards, including required production-partner and AI-use disclosures and accurate product images. The integration does not certify eligibility or product compliance.

Etsy charges its own listing, renewal, transaction and other applicable fees; these are separate from Social Magnum payments. Shopify may also charge its own platform and payment-processing fees. Buyer checkout and payments stay on the marketplace. Follow Shopify's applicable terms and acceptable-use requirements. Social Magnum is an independent application and is not operated or endorsed by Shopify. METAFLUX MEDIA LLC provides this application; Etsy and its affiliates do not provide Social Magnum and give no warranties about this application or the data it accesses. Etsy is not responsible for collecting our application charges. See our Refund Policy for the distinction between our charges and marketplace charges.

Order summaries and overview figures may be delayed or based on a limited set of receipts. They are not complete accounting, profit, payout or tax records. Use the connected marketplace for authoritative records. We do not promise inventory synchronization or simultaneous publication across shops.

eBay seller integration

Use the eBay integration only for accounts you own or have authority to manage and only within the permissions granted on eBay. Our service covers supported listings, read-only orders and summaries of your own shop data; it does not provide buyer accounts, bidding, checkout, payment processing, or market-wide and competitor analytics. API availability, seller eligibility and listing acceptance remain controlled by eBay.

Review item specifics, condition, images, price, quantity, shipping location and business policies before publishing. Saving a local draft, preparing an unpublished offer and publishing a listing are distinct actions. Check the saved receipt and eBay if a submission result is uncertain. Submission history records what was sent and when; it is not a live copy of subsequent changes made on eBay.

You remain responsible for your products, rights to content, accurate descriptions, prohibited-item restrictions, taxes, shipping, returns, customer service and eBay fees. Comply with the eBay rules and policies and applicable User Agreement. Social Magnum subscription charges are separate from eBay listing, selling or other charges. Sandbox data must be fictional and must not contain real customer information.

For the eBay content and API functionality made available through this application, you agree to be bound by the eBay API License Agreement. The permitted sublicense to display eBay content is revocable at any time, and eBay is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce those applicable terms. Do not resell or redistribute eBay data, use it for unsolicited marketing or AI training, or use the integration to bypass eBay controls. You may revoke authorization at any time.

Social Magnum is independently provided by METAFLUX MEDIA LLC and is not endorsed or certified by eBay. We may suspend access where required by eBay or to protect account data. Deletion, privacy and retention are described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

If we elect to discontinue the Etsy integration, we will give Etsy and affected sellers at least 30 days' written notice and provide support during that period, unless Etsy agrees to a shorter period or requires suspension.

Social Magnum can be connected to third-party AI agents and assistants (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or any other client that speaks the Model Context Protocol) through our MCP connector. Connecting one is entirely optional, and no agent can reach your account until you approve it yourself on our consent screen while signed in.

An approved agent acts as you, and you are responsible for everything it does. An agent you connect can publish posts, reply publicly to comments and messages, schedule and cancel posts, upload and delete media, create and delete drafts and auto-reply rules, and switch between your workspaces. Anything it does is treated as your own action, exactly as if you had performed it in the App yourself.

• Publishing is immediate and cannot be undone. When an agent publishes a post or a reply, it goes out to the connected social network straight away. Deleting it afterwards removes our copy and asks the network to remove theirs; it does not recall what people already saw, and it does not undo the post having existed.
• We do not review, approve or filter what an agent creates or sends. We are not the author of that content and we do not check it before publication. Section 7 (Content Responsibility) applies to agent-generated content in full.
• The agent is not our product. Third-party AI agents are operated by their own providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their behaviour, their accuracy, their availability, or how they handle the data they read from your account. We make no warranty about any agent's output.
• AI output can be wrong. Agents can misread instructions, invent details, pick the wrong account, or act on text they read inside a comment or a message. You are responsible for reviewing what you ask an agent to do and for the consequences of granting it access.
• Platform rules still apply. Posts published by an agent are subject to the connected network's terms in the same way as any other post, including any restrictions that network places on automated or AI-generated content. Section 5 applies unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from the actions of an AI agent you connected: including posts published, replies sent, content deleted, or data read. Whether or not those actions matched what you intended. This does not limit our liability where the loss is caused by our own failure to operate the connector as described in these terms.

You can see every connected agent, and disconnect any or all of them, from the Agents & CLI page in the App. Disconnecting takes effect immediately: the revoked credential stops working on its next request. It does not undo anything the agent already did. You are responsible for keeping this list current and for removing agents you no longer use.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and trafficking. We prohibit any use of the App involving such content or activity.

• Report concerns to support@socialmagnum.com; reports are reviewed promptly.
• If CSAM is identified, we remove it, terminate the offending account, and report to the appropriate authorities (e.g., NCMEC) as required by law.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable child-protection laws, including COPPA and GDPR.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on third-party services (the platforms' APIs. Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon. Plus Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, and Resend) that may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from maintenance or third-party outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAFLUX MEDIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless METAFLUX MEDIA LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. We will give notice of material changes through the App or your account email and request renewed acceptance where required. Continued use after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
