Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Social Magnum ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is provided by METAFLUX MEDIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Social Magnum is a social media management platform that helps you schedule, publish, and engage across Facebook Pages, Instagram, and Threads. Features include:

  • Connecting and managing accounts via the official Meta, Instagram, and Threads APIs
  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing posts, reels, stories, and carousels
  • Viewing analytics and engagement insights for accounts you own
  • Reading and replying to comments and direct messages on your own accounts
  • Workspaces and team collaboration

3. Accounts & Access

  • You may create an account by signing up directly or through Google or Facebook sign-in.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must have the appropriate admin or editor rights on any account you connect, and the authority to manage it.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Refunds

  • Plans. Social Magnum offers a free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
  • Trials. A trial gives you higher limits for a limited period. When the trial ends, your workspace moves to the free plan unless you upgrade — we do not automatically charge you at the end of a trial.
  • Payments. Paid subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Refunds. Monthly plans may be refunded within 14 days, and annual plans within 30 days, of the charge (excluding processing fees). One-time add-ons are non-refundable. No refunds are issued after the applicable window.
  • Changes. We may modify pricing or plan features; changes take effect at your next billing cycle and we will provide advance notice for active subscribers.

5. Connected Accounts & Platform Compliance

By connecting a Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account, you acknowledge that:

  • The App accesses your accounts using only the permissions you explicitly grant during authorization.
  • Content you publish is subject to the platform's own terms and community standards, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
  • We are not responsible for content a platform removes, restricts, or penalizes under its policies.
  • Meta may change, limit, or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the App's functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, misleading, deceptive, or platform-violating content
  • Access accounts, data, or features you are not authorized to use
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
  • Share access tokens or credentials obtained through the App

7. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the App, and you are solely responsible for it. We do not review, approve, or endorse user content before publication. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and transmit your content in order to provide the service (for example, uploading media so it can be published to your connected accounts).

8. Child Safety Standards

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and trafficking. We prohibit any use of the App involving such content or activity.

  • Report concerns to support@socialmagnum.com; reports are reviewed promptly.
  • If CSAM is identified, we remove it, terminate the offending account, and report to the appropriate authorities (e.g., NCMEC) as required by law.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable child-protection laws, including COPPA and GDPR.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on third-party services (Meta/Instagram/Threads APIs, Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Resend) that may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from maintenance or third-party outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METAFLUX MEDIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless METAFLUX MEDIA LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
