Getting started
Social Magnum is a social media scheduling and management tool. Connect your accounts across 20+ networks — Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dev.to, Tumblr, WordPress, Lemmy, Nostr, Listmonk and Whop — then write once, schedule from one calendar, answer comments in one inbox and read analytics. Its MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor post for you. It is made by METAFLUX MEDIA LLC (US). Free plan included; paid plans start at $24 a month.
Yes. Social Magnum has an MCP server at https://socialmagnum.com/api/mcp. Add it as a connector in Claude, as an app in ChatGPT developer mode, or as an MCP server in Cursor or Claude Code, sign in when it asks, and your agent can draft, schedule and publish to your connected accounts, read your queue and answer comments. It is included in every plan, within that plan's limits, and there are no API keys to paste.

New email signups get a confirmation link by email. Until you confirm, a bar at the top of the app lets you resend it. A confirmed email is required to connect accounts, publish, or change plans. Google and Facebook sign-ins are already verified.
Social Magnum's interface is currently available in English only. There is no in-app language selector.
Accounts & connections
Twenty, and growing: Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube channels, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram channels and groups, Discord servers, Slack workspaces, Dev.to, Tumblr blogs, WordPress sites, Lemmy communities, Nostr, Listmonk lists, Whop forums and LinkedIn Company Pages. They all live together in Social Accounts and can be scheduled side by side in one post.
Open Add social account from the menu and press Add on the network you want. Most networks (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Discord, Slack, Tumblr, WordPress.com and LinkedIn) sign you in through the network's own consent screen. Bluesky, Dev.to, WordPress (self-hosted), Lemmy, Nostr, Listmonk and Whop ask you to paste a credential — an app password, API key, sign-in or private key — and the dialog explains exactly where to create it. Mastodon asks which instance you're on, such as mastodon.social. Telegram works through our bot: add it to your channel or group as an admin and post a one-time code there to prove it's yours. Only a workspace owner or admin can add new accounts.
The network revoked or expired its access, which happens after a password change, a permissions review, or a long gap. Nothing publishes from that account until you fix it. Press Reconnect on its card in Social Accounts and you'll be sent back to that same network to sign in again. Your scheduled posts are kept.
A workspace owner or admin can open Add E-commerce Shop, choose Etsy and authorize on Etsy's own screen. You never give Social Magnum your Etsy password. Access depends on Etsy permissions and the integration's availability. Manage connections under E-commerce Shops. Eligible eBay sellers can connect their own account for supported listings and read-only orders without providing developer keys. Complete eBay seller registration and business policies before publishing. Sandbox test data and live shops are kept separate; derived production analytics remain disabled. Platforms marked Coming soon cannot be connected yet; publishing one listing across multiple commerce platforms is planned.
The eBay integration supports simple, single-SKU physical listings for the US marketplace in USD: upload photos, choose category and item specifics, select your business policies and inventory location, save a draft, prepare an offer, then explicitly publish. Orders are read-only and show up to 25 records per page from the last 90 days. Sandbox summaries are available; derived production analytics remain disabled until permitted and enabled. This is a seller tool, with no buyer shopping or checkout. Use Listings in Social Magnum to revise supported single-SKU Inventory API offers. Other eBay listings may not appear here. Fulfill orders and manage refunds on eBay. Connect through Add E-commerce Shop, then use E-commerce Shops to open your listings or orders. Publishing remains subject to eBay seller and category eligibility, selling limits and fees. Read /privacy#ebay and /data-deletion#ebay for data use and deletion.
Publishing & scheduling
Create supported simple physical listings or digital listings with PDF files, add images and listing details, save a Social Magnum draft, create an Etsy draft, and explicitly publish it. Review the shop, price, currency, shipping, production partners, returns and renewal choice first. Etsy can charge listing and other fees. Use Listings to edit titles and descriptions, and price or quantity for Etsy listings without variations. Manage other attributes, variations, fulfillment, cancellations and refunds directly on Etsy. Order pages here are read-only; overview figures use up to 25 recent receipts per shop and are not complete accounting records.
Ready-made AI creators are synthetic characters, not customer testimonials. Studio combines creator clips or your media with scripts, text and music for Hook & Demo, Wall of Text and Slideshow formats. You can use exports for promotional content subject to asset rights and destination rules; no ad approval or exclusive copyright is guaranteed. Obtain rights to uploaded material and likenesses, verify product claims, and add required AI, sponsorship and advertising disclosures. Never present a synthetic creator as a real purchaser. Exporting does not launch an ad campaign.
In Create Post, choose your content, pick a date and time, and Social Magnum publishes it automatically at that time in your workspace's timezone. Set it under Workspaces → your workspace → Settings → Timezone; there's a one-click Use device timezone shortcut.
Your workspace's timezone. Open Workspaces, press Settings on the workspace and pick it under Timezone — or hit Use device timezone. Every account in that workspace publishes on that clock, so a team schedules against one shared time.
Yes. Pick as many accounts as you like in Create Post and one composer sends to all of them. Each network still applies its own rules, so a post can succeed on some and be refused on others; Post Manager shows the result per account and lets you retry just the ones that failed.
Ten of our 20+ networks take video: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Mastodon, X, Telegram, Discord and Slack. Bluesky, Pinterest, Dev.to, Tumblr, WordPress, Lemmy, Nostr, Listmonk, Whop and LinkedIn can't yet, so a video-only post to those is refused with a clear message rather than quietly going out as a caption with no media. Send those accounts a photo or text post instead — except Whop, which is text-only: its API accepts neither photos nor video from external tools, so posts there are title and text.
Social post drafts are kept for 30 days after their last edit. Media Library uploads and saved UGC videos have a 30-day window from creation; files still referenced by another saved item can remain while needed. Download exports you want to keep. Ecommerce drafts, staged listing files and UGC brand profiles are separate and do not expire under that media sweep. Request their removal through support@socialmagnum.com; see /data-deletion.
Check that the account is still connected and that you're within your plan's account limit. Reconnect it from Social Accounts if needed, then retry the post from Post Manager. Permanent failures also trigger an email with the details.
Comments come in from five networks, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon, and you can reply to all of them without leaving Social Magnum. Direct messages are Instagram only. YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest don't open their comment threads to tools like this, and Facebook doesn't open Page messages to us, so those stay on the network itself.
Team & workspaces
Workspaces are separate spaces to organize your accounts and team. For example one per brand or client. Switch between them from the switcher at the top-left. Facebook Pages follow each workspace's assignments; accounts on other networks stay personal to whoever connected them.
Go to Team, enter their email, choose a workspace and a role, and send the invite. They'll get an email to join and set a password.
Admins can add and manage social accounts in a workspace. Members can work with the Facebook Pages assigned to the workspace and with accounts they connected themselves, but can't add new ones. Only the workspace owner manages the team.
Team seats come with paid plans. Free and Trial accounts can't send invites, and the Team page says so with an upgrade link. Each plan includes a set number of seats counting you (Starter 2, Business 6, Agency 10), and you can raise that with member add-ons from the pricing page.
Billing & plans
Free is $0 forever for 2 social accounts and 15 posts a month. Starter is $24 a month ($19 a month billed yearly) for 10 accounts and 2 team members. Business is $59 a month ($47 billed yearly) for 30 accounts and 6 members. Agency is $119 a month ($95 billed yearly) for 70 accounts and 10 members. Every paid plan covers all 20+ networks, unlimited posts on every network except X, and the AI caption writer; X is metered at 15, 50 or 100 posts a month by plan and isn't on Free or Trial. Extra accounts and members are add-ons. Cards are processed by Paddle; cryptocurrency is accepted too.
X is the one network with a monthly allowance: 15 posts on Starter, 50 on Business, 100 on Agency, pooled across your X accounts and your team, resetting on the 1st. X's API charges us for every post, which is why it ships with paid plans and isn't on Free or Trial. Every other network is unlimited on paid plans.
Free and the 14-day trial work the same in UGC Studio: 10 videos a month, 5 of the 39 AI creators, 1 brand, and a small socialmagnum.com badge on every video you make. The other creators are shown locked. Paid plans make unlimited videos with no badge and every creator; Starter holds 3 brands, Business 10 and Agency 30. Monthly and yearly plans get the same, and the video count resets on the 1st.
Open the profile menu → Pricing, choose a plan (add any extras), and pay at the secure checkout. By card, bank, or cryptocurrency. Your plan activates the moment payment is confirmed.
Yes. Pick Cryptocurrency at checkout, choose your coin, and send the exact amount shown before the timer runs out. The plan activates as soon as the payment confirms on-chain, usually within minutes. The network fee is shown up front and added on top, so the plan price arrives in full. Crypto plans don't auto-renew; we email you before your period ends so you can renew.
Open Billing from the profile menu. Your payment history lists every charge, each with a view link and a PDF download. Invoices carry your billing address and state exactly how you paid, whether card, bank or crypto.
On any paid plan you can add extra social accounts ($3/mo each) or team members ($2/mo each) with the steppers on the pricing cards. The price updates live and the extras raise your real limits.
Yes. Switch plans from the Pricing page whenever you like. Changes apply right away, and you keep all your content and connections. You can move back to Free at any time.
Security & privacy
No. Disconnect shop clears Social Magnum's stored credentials and stops new access. Your shop record, listing drafts, staged files and submission history remain here; Etsy listings and orders remain on Etsy. Email support@socialmagnum.com with your account email, workspace and shop for deletion of our stored data. Never send passwords or tokens. The full process and legal retention exceptions are at /data-deletion.
Website imports read the public page you provide. AI requests process relevant brand details, website extracts, prompts and reference media through our generation systems and AI services; exports and project records use our storage. This is separate from connecting your own MCP agent. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data. Media links can be accessible to anyone who has the link. Read /privacy for providers and retention, and /data-deletion for removal requests.
Open Security from the profile menu and follow the steps to link an authenticator app. It adds a second step at login, so a password alone isn't enough to get in.
Account settings → Sessions → Sign out everywhere ends every session except the one you're using, so a forgotten library computer or an old phone is cut off in one click. Changing your password also signs every device out.
Yes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, every account is isolated to your workspaces, sign-ins are protected by a captcha against bots, and you can enable two-factor authentication on your account.
